Our shelter, the animals and the whole team were live on Wednesday October 4 to mark World Animal Day, and here’s the link for those who missed it:

Journalist and broadcaster Nathalie Thirionet has been following our news closely since her first visit on World Dog Day and our open house on August 26, and it was only natural that she should once again shine the spotlight on our abandoned dogs, cats and Nacs on World Animal Day.

All the more so as, on the morning of October 4, we had to inform the public that the shelter was full and that we couldn’t take in a single animal!

On the program for this two-hour live show: a visit to the rabbits up for adoption, and then to the cats to meet Gribouille and Popeye, who need special care, a distribution of natural treats and frozen Kongs full of goodies to chew on (see photo! ) and a tour of our dog parks to meet Balboa and Lola.

Thank you all for sharing our news. Our needs are many and meeting them is crucial to the continuation of our activities at a time when the situation is urgent for the animals in Brussels.
