Nestor is one of our older ponies. He can only see out of one eye and suffers from cushing's disease, which affects many older horses. Because of this disease, some of them develop an excess of hair that makes them too hot and attracts lice because their fleece is so dense. Nestor must therefore be partially clipped and wrapped in a warm blanket to make him more comfortable.
