Our association, with administrative services based in Anderlecht, is currently seeking an accounting assistant.
Job Description
As an Accounting Assistant (m/f/x), your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, verifying, and inputting purchase invoices;
- Entering sales and financial transactions;
- Managing customer invoicing and payment reminders;
- Handling contacts with our members;
- Managing the customer database and keeping it up to date;
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the chief accountant.
Profile
To succeed in this role as an Accounting Assistant (m/f/x), we are looking for the following profile:
- Minimum qualification of a diploma as an accounting technician;
- Versatile, flexible, and creative in improving processes;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to maintain discretion;
- Immediate availability;
- Knowledge of Dutch; able to respond to questions from our members regarding their contributions, etc.;
- Passion for animals.
Language Skills
Proficiency in both French and Dutch. You can fluently express yourself in both languages and are capable of conducting accounting and external communications in both French and Dutch.
