River

River is a young Malinois shepherd full of potential who needs to be fully trained. He's very gentle, still a big baby who doesn't know he's grown up and has everything to learn: he doesn't know how to walk on a lead, doesn't know any commands yet and he pees emotionally. He's sociable and friendly, but his education needs to be started from scratch. We don't think he's ever been outside before, and there's a lot of work to be done and a lot of patience required to get him back under control. This great emotional dog will continue to grow: at 7 months, he has not yet reached adult size. The Malinois is a dog that needs interaction and closeness with its human. We're looking for River to find an adopter who can give him the interaction and stimulation he needs.
